 Following the wishes of a few friends and family ,have embarked on a culinary journey...am here not to make a statement  but to present my humble views and ways of food and how i personally cook.
   I have always been fascinated about food.The colours,textures, shapes,taste ,smell,feel.....they engage all the senses and for me cooking is a very sensual and heartfelt experience.Not that i would love to slave for hours in my kitchen,but instead try to keep it as simple and yet have the wonderful aroma and taste.Personally i love food....not that i overindulge...but i love to see the way the food is presented,the way it smells...does the aroma waft in before the food appears ...the very first bite,,,these are a few aspects of food that i love to experience every single meal i partake of.
  The world has shrunk....you get to taste every type of cuisine in your city...not to mention the towns and villages too have its own fair share of Punjabi dhabbas and Chinese restaurants[which by the way would give the Chinese a complex,especially after the way the food has been modified to suit the Indian or personally every Indian cooks sense of taste].
 My humble expectations from everyone is this--love food...it is one of the important things in life you work so hard for....so even its a simple meal ,consume it as if you would a feast.
