  Sprouts Salad :
  
  Ingredients:
  Moong sprouts - half a cup
  Lobia sprouts - half a cup
  Capsicums [red,yellow,green] - a few stips
  Spring onion[optional]
  lemon -just to squirt over the salad
  salt,pepper to season
  olive oil to just drizzle over the salad  
  judiciously
                         Coriander/parsley sprigs to garnish would be good.

Method:

1).Wash the sprouts and add them to a large bowl.Add all the other ingredients,then add the seasoning,squirt the lemon and toss the salad (within the bowl mind you....not all over the counter top).
2).Finally add olive oil and garnish.Serve anytime.


* A sprinkle of chaat masaala does add a zing and tingling flavour to it.
